I used to come to Arby's back then. I haven't been here in yrs My wife wanted to try them so we went and I didn't like the sandwich. I got the Cheddar Roast Beef. It had no flavor and you can tell the meat was packaged meat not sliced in-house. The cheddar sauce was bad. Maybe it's me but I swear back then the food was way better than it is today. I won't be coming back. But that's my opinion. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Probably the best drive-through experience I’ve had in years. The staff here is so friendly and extremely helpful, which is hard to find when you’re not even getting out of your car. Suzanne is a total gem and Arby’s is lucky to have her. I would hire her in a heartbeat based on her thoughtfulness and personality alone. UPDATE: AS U SEE ARBYS RESPONDED WITH A LINK THAT DOESN’T WORK. SO ARBYS IF U WANT TO MAKE IT UP TO ME, what’s the offer. Let’s negotiate in a public forum where people can see. Thanks tho The man was nice but it seemed I bothered the employees from something other than work. They charger me $1.99 each for sliders. It was this HAPPY HOUR and there were no happy people. Now I’m not happy. Had pull up and wait. Get my food the fries are cold and out of the six sliders I ordered one was cold. They give me a little cold piece of chicken. Find another Arbys people. They don’t want your business!!! The second slider is bigger and hot. Did they drop that lil piece in the floor. Yuck I spent money on poo. Live and learn Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

General manager is still as rude as ever. As well as store employees! Called last night because my order was wrong. The assistant manager said he was sorry and would remake my order tonight. I go back and I guess because I'm an ex employee Javier Insinuated I was lying. And if it was any other customer he wouldn't have a problem compensating someone. Order food through doordash and did not get all of my food. Only got six dollars back because the restaurant was too lazy to cook fries. Beyond upset and will never order from here ever again. Waited at the window for almost 10 minutes. Also this is one of three chicken tenders I got. Literally almost 6 dollars for 3 and this one was like a third of the size of the other two. I'm not sure if Arby's is just terrible now or it's this location in specific Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Got off work tonight in Belmont went got some food at Arby's after I got all the way home and almost Stanley pull my sandwich out first off the fries was only a few about half full then I get my beef and cheddar sandwich out open it up to put sauce on it and there was sauce already on it and you know it doesn't come that way worst experience like they gave me somebody else's food will not be going back Food: 1

We just come back from a long trip and we decided the instead of going home and fix and something to eat that we would just eat at arby's. Everybody was so nice and the place was so clean. It really was so relaxing. We rested enough that when we got home that was the energy that we needed to unload the car.
