Tables were dirty, and the chicken sandwich looked as if it had been pattied with a rolling pin. Very thin and hard. Couldn't taste the chicken. Would not recommend it. The staff knows but say they have no control, this is corporate. Food was mediocre at best. Asked for a large ice water, which I would be happy to pay for, but got a medium free. So maybe I should ask for 2 ice waters next time. Won't be ordering a beef and cheddar again. Yuck. Turkey, bacon, ranch sandwiches are ok, but nothing to write home about. One of the best Arby's I've been in. Great service. April was awesome helping me to decide exactly which milkshake to go with. Very polite and courteous young lady who while small in stature, was big in customer service. The establishment was very clean including the restroom. All and all an awesome experience. This was thee worse food ever. The service was great but we have been sick since we ate the food. We ordered the fish sandwiches and it was like eating cardboard. Not even a hint of fish was tasted. I used the drive thru and I felt it was moving too slow because there was only one vehicle in line when I pulled off the main road. I don't know the cause of the delay, but it was still there a few minutes after I pulled up behind him. Once I pulled up to the window, the staff quickly took my order and it was prepared shortly after arriving to the window. I requested some sauces and the staff replied in a pleasant manner and handed me more than I needed. I can't really comment on the atmosphere because I did not go inside. kinda a hit or miss. The curly fries were cold and old, and the fish strips were suggested because the fish sandwich was not available. strips were very good. The staff that served me was very good, personality, and nice he even showed acknowledgment to a coworker for doing a good job for the day. The surveys aren't set up very well because it says food service atmosphere well sometimes we don't use the food part we just use the bathroom but once we did that we weren't going to get any food because the trash can in the bathroom was so nasty bathroom was pretty nasty too but it's like never been washed never been cleaned you need to take that trash can in the bathroom and power wash it just Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

With increasing food costs, if I am going to spend nearly $40 on food for my family, I expect it to be fresh and hot at the bare minimum. Absolutely nothing in our bag was hot at all, and much of it wasn’t even remotely warm. No receipt was provided and one of the two orders of fries wasn’t in our bag. I went directly to the counter from the drive through, just to have the girl tell me I didn’t order them or pay for them. Without a receipt in my bag I didn’t have any reason to argue with her, so I just left. If you care more about an order of fries than losing a customer, than so be it.
