They trick you into overcharging for your order. I ordered my food ended up paying double and got my what I ordered but when I tried to ask them to fix it they just hurried me up and said there was nothing they could do. Definitely not going back ever again Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Arby's has gotten on the greed wagon and raised their prices. Shame on them. The regular roast beef shouldn't cost more than 3.00 tops, for the small amount of sliced beef that comes on it. It's good, but I sure wish they'd choose to be different, instead of jumping on the greed wagon like Everybody else. I love Arby's thinly shaved meats but the Taylorville Arby's is slicing the meat very thick. It started on the night shift and now it is happening on the day shift. I realize that slicing the meats thicker would take less time but it ruins the sandwiches. The Arby's in other towns are still shaving their meats thinly but I don't like to drive to Springfield just to get a good sandwich. Why is Taylorville Arby's doing this?
