Double Roast Beef
We've always loved Arby's, food is always fresh. They have a great selection to choose from. I love their gyros . They don't skimp of the roast beef sandwiches which are great with the melted cheese and Arby's sauce.

Came through the DT and got a Beef and Cheddar Classic Combo with a Large Mellow Yellow no ice and a Chicken Bacon Swiss Combo with a Large Dr Pepper both with Cheddar Poppers. We get to the window and the girl gives us a Medium Mellow Yellow with ice, we tell her it was supposed to be a Large with No Ice, she rolled her eyes and said “k” and made a Large with Ice and handed us our food and card with no receipt. I don’t ever complain about the ice usually but the service was just so poor it just didn’t sit well. Don’t want to be a Karen, just want to point out the poor quality service so someone else doesn’t receive it.

My family and decided to stop here for a bite at 2215 on a Friday night and we’re turned away stating that their inside was closed. I stated to the young man through the door that I was traveling in my RV with my family and our vehicle was too big for their drive-through. they insisted that I stand outside in order my food through the drive-through window, pouring rain, freezing, cold temperatures, very unprofessional if you ask me.As I ordered my family’s food through the drive-through window in pouring down rain, they all giggled and laugh as if I was a fool for standing in the cold rain, to feed my family. Now to my understanding Arby’s close at 11 PM and at this location dine in is also open until 11 PM. Very poor service I considered this unprofessional, and unlike Arby’s standard. NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!

Workers were friendly and made fresh coffee for us. The manager said nothing to a couple with a barking poodle in the restaurant though. It was not a service dog. The bathroom also needed a little attention and soap.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered 1 plain cheeseburger for 5 year old and a big cheesy bacon combo.
Got 2 plain burgers NOTHING but meat and bread. 🤦♀️
And the burger was pink inside. 🤢

I went in had a to go order and a big drive ahead the food was delicious and well prepared the fry was not to salty just had the perfect amount good people work there this is one of the best arbys I had in a long time keep up the good work
