Having seen Classic Fun Center, it's time to have a rest at this fast food. A lot of guests point out that waiters serve perfectly cooked roast beef here. The food was exceptional, the service was fast, the sandwich was a little sloppy but that might just be how the promotional good burger 2 is. It's better than a big Mac, but I still love their roast beef so much more than this delightful burger could hope to achieve even with 50% waygu beef. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They up charged me for a medium lemonade and then hand me a small, call it a regular and say it's that or large. The horrible part about my meal there though was the disgusting chicken fingers they call premium. The chicken fingers were more like chicken jerky slices, slices extremely thin, overcooked and left to sit until they duped me with them. I may never go to Arby's again. They just keep charging more and giving less but this quality is unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I used to love coming to this specific arby's, the food would always make me feel better. Today, I went, and a server named Ashley took our order. I didn't care for their bland service, but they dropped off our order, lied about there being sauce inside, and we got home to find the completely wrong order in our bag. Will not be coming back. The food was good by an Arby's standard. The service was decent. There is a code for the bathroom which was frustrating. I wanted to wait to order since I was meeting someone, but I couldn't use their bathroom until I had ordered something. Night management is bad. Showed up late, I understand.. cold au jus. Missing mozzarella sticks, un communicative staff. I suppose I should apologize for even showing up as a customer. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This location provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced as a customer. The cashier was incompetent and rude. I've really never seen that before. I asked her questions she couldn't answer then she snapped at me about it. Her responses were inappropriate and weird. Plus, the manager was yelling at her crew about not working as she was texting gibberish while sitting in a chair. Also, the crew stood around a lot and the restaurant was messy. All I wanted was adequate service. Not to much to ask. Hope they change because I like Arby's.

I would give them negative 1 but can't. I hurried in and asked to use the bathroom, I was told only for customers, I told Ashley I would buy something but please let me go pee as I had to go really bad, he rolled his eyes and said no, I hurried to the car and brought my wallet, bought 2 drinks and a fry and he still didn't let me in, I asked him, can you let me in now please, he looked at me and said "when I'm done with the drive thru" I hope you burn in hell Ashley, I almost peed my pants because of you being an entitled piece of garbage. About what you’d expect from a fast food restaurant. Hit or miss. I’ve not gone to this Arby’s often enough, but the times I have gone I’ve been satisfied. However one of them kids meals came with a rhyme book that was fun to freestyle to. Of course if the prices were more reasonable given the economic condition. Also if the workers stood out more I’d do 5 stars but 3 because I’m not mad lol

The two people at the counter (April and David) were extremely helpful and kind, even when I made a mistake on my order they fixed it asap, and even better the service was extremely fast and accurate.
