So, I went into arbys today to get some food with my dad. While we were standing at the counter waiting to order the young lady placing the order just kept playing on the phone. She was not paying attention to anything I was ordering I had to repeat myself like 7 times and she still messed it up. I asked for mozzarella sticks instead of fries and she didn't add them. After the order came up I found this out ND I told her they were supposed to be mozzarella sticks and she said do you want me to charge you for them. I said no I asked for them earlier. She kept texting on her phone not paying any attention to anyone coming in and out of the building. When she started taking the guys order behind me he had to repeat his order like 7 times as well because she wouldn't get off the phone. The manager was busy and trying to get stuff done which this young lady could of been helping him. I find this very disrespectful and absolutely annoying. I honestly think someone from Corp should come in and watch what the employees are doing in secret. Get an idea of what's really going on. The food was disgusting and nothing like the Arby's by my house. I will never ever eat here again. The fries were cold and tasted old. The sandwich I ordered wasn't even cut in half, and the bread wasn't even soft. It was awful and threw away most of it. Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you're looking for poor service and food that sits until it's cold, then this is the place for you. After pulling up to the drive through and stating that we had a mobile order, the window attendee asked someone in the back if our fries were ready. We heard the cook shout back "yes". She turns to us and says we need to pull to the front of the building because they are waiting on our fries. We waited roughly 25+ minutes, and after bringing out the food told us to be careful when we eat, the fries are hot and fresh. Our food had been sitting for the entire time we were waiting, and the fries were cold with everything else. Not sure if the people there are just randomly spiteful or they are incompetent. Either way, I don't recommend stopping here. Drive up to Colorado Springs if you plan on stopping at an Arby's near by. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had to wait to get our food. We were told to move ahead and our food would be brought out. Three other customers were served before we got our food. And at that we had to go in to get it. When we entered, sadly nothing but high school kids playing around. Sandwich was cold and Mac n cheese bites were burnt. I tried the fried fish and was a little disappointed with the size and the taste. Honestly they tasted like frozen fish sticks in my opinion.. And the sign showed crinkle fries with the meal and I got curly fries. Nobody asked, and it was kinda cold. But not bad. If it was hot and fresh with crinkle fries it would have been a lot better. I called to find the price on a meal I call the actual store and the told me the meal was $6.98 when I get here it's $11.98 the assistant manager had an attitude when I stated that when I called they told me it was $6.98 and their advertisement flat out said $6.98 for the meal then when I told the drive through lady that their sign still said $6.98 she ignored me. This is the second time I have been extremely disappointed with my order. This time I ordered thru door dash. I only got one drink ordered 2 combos. Sauce from the wings all over everything. Asked for no sauce on my sandwich and its covered in sauce. The bread is soggy. For a company that boasts they have the meats both sandwiches had barely any meat. Mozzarella sticks tasted old. Guess I will just have to stop ordering from here. Its a shame one of my favorite places and definitely not worth what I paid. Delivered super quick yet still food was cold.

This was my first time visiting this Arby's. The employees are great. The food is great. I went inside and ordered to go. No problem whatsoever with the order or the quantity. I have loved Arby's since the 70's. Unfortunately a lot are a disappointment like the other one in Pueblo. HOWEVER. This Arby's on the South Side of Pueblo is a perfect example of what a REAL Arby's is. Way to go!!! I was very pleasantly surprised. Good Job!!!
