I went on a Saturday morning and no one was around, which is fine by me because I wanted to sit and stay a while. Service was really nice and quick and staff was very friendly. The food was much better than expected, I could tell care went into my wrap as it was well made. Music is a tad loud in the lobby, but I don't think most would notice. Very slow drive through they don't get orders taken correctly and the final product that often costs close to 20 dollars simply isn't worth the money. This store is a very bad disappoint. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I just read a review that mirrored my most recent experience at this Arby's. Pulled up to the drive-through. A voice gave me the typical fast-food spiel and told me to order when I was ready. I ordered. Silence. I waited a little while and asked if they heard my order. Silence. I pull up to the window. They were closed. I'm giving them a four-star review because I've eaten there many times and the food is always good. When I eat inside the dining room is so spotless it almost looks brand-new and the employees are always polite and very good at their jobs. I'm just pointing out that it was a frustrating, annoying experience. When the restaurant is closed, please, turn off the automatic voice messages. Seems a no-brainer to me. To end on a positive: Love their chicken (prefer it to the roast beef) and mozzarella sticks.
