Ordered 2 Beef and Cheddar around 3 PM and it was absolutely horrible. It was cold and the bread was hard. It was obviously left over from lunch because there is no way these sandwiches were recently made. Arby's is to expensive to waste hard earned money on horrible food. I won't be back. Food: 1

Pretty sure there was some sort of work meeting happening tonight which I understand but the only signage made available to patrons was “Closed for an hour. Thanks, Management”. No time frame. How would someone know when that hour started or ended? Disappointed in the poor communication/customer service provided. Service Take out Service: 1

I stopped for a quick bite and to try their new gyro. The food was ok, but they have taken a decent effort on improving the place. Clean tables and restrooms, modern and improved decorations plus a friendly service and attention to detail, gets them 4 stars.

I came to this Arby's for lunch, I went inside to place my order, it was 11;43 and I was the only one in line, as i was waiting there was three people working there as I was waiting they passed by me a number of times and never once acknowledged my presence. they made eye contact but could careless if I was there. Stopped for dinner on way to concert, went through drive thru, meals for 3 came to $45 and change. My chicken sandwich was extremely messy, dropping mayo caked shredded lettuce as I attempted to eat it. Been years since I ate there, won't happen again. A few months ago my family and I went through the drive thru and our order was just horrible. Missing a sandwich and sides, no meat at all on one sandwich. I reviewed and got a swift response, very pleasant interaction. The situation seemed rectified. I was told to expect free meal coupons. Was very satisfied. But, they never came. I was on an Arby's strike. I was so disappointed. However, I love a classic Beef N Cheddar. So, I caved. I went to this same Arbys drive thru and got a Classic Beef N Cheddar, Mozzarella Sticks, and a Jamocha. I should have checked my order before driving away as this Arby's is not the nearest to my house, a bit of a drive. I got home and TWO of the Mozzarella Sticks were FROZEN. Not just cold but hard frozen. My Beef N Cheddar was also on the wrong kind of bun. So sad and disappointed.
