The food was excellent. I had the grilled chicken breast with garlic mash and broccoli. The chicken was super tender and juicy. The bar is tiny so I’m not sure I’d go to “hang” and the service was slow when I first sat down (about a 10 min wait with no one around). I stopped in after doing some shopping at the mall around lunch time. I did love my holiday drink! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Ashley F was great and provided me excellent service. She informed me of the current specials and helped me enjoy my experience with her pleasant service. I'm from out of town, and after traveling from long and far I was happy to be greeted with such awesome service. She is definitely a major asset to your team and is one of the good ones. The margarita was gross it did not taste like it had any alcohol. It was first in the rocks then we wanted it frozen so they just put it in the blender no salt on the rim. We waited over an hour to get our food and it was not busy at all. The food was amazing but all four dishes looked different but they were still good. The food was food but the server made me feel less than human. I had some unexpected charges come out of my account and only had enough for my bill I planned on leaving cash for the tip but Dennis our server saw no tip on my card charge and started to act disgusting we had a big group everyone else tipped btw my friend joked that my daughter was paying and leaving a big tip when she was trying to hand him a paper (she is 1) and he made the comment I wish she was the one paying he then untroubled my Receipt 3 times and remanded the to me from where they were on the table while I was still sitting there then as we were leaving he told my friends thank you I appreciate MOST of you I felt so low I had cash but after that I wasn't giving anything that was unnecessarily rude and uncalled for will never be going back to that restaurant again to be treated like that Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Menu

Seemed like only 3-4 people were working. Food took a while to come out but was hot. They did not give us any napkins unless being asked. We ordered 2 mix drinks and only got served 1. Even though being told that the bartender was making both. Once I saw the receipt I noticed they charged us for the one that had never been brought out. As I was going to explain this to the waiter she did mentioned how she charged us without knowing the drink was never given to us. And The restrooms were the worst. I’ve loved Applebees for so many years, I just don’t understand where it’s going.

I ordered for three people. The chips were thin and flavorful. However the cheese sauce and other questionable chili dip were very runny.. my quesadilla were ok , but the salad was amazing and the soup and sandwich were very good. Stopped for a quick bite / appetizer today. Ordered and waited about 15 minutes before they returned to tell me they're out of burgers. I understand running out of an item, but not the time frame it took to relay message. Cozy to have time with family. However there are critical gap between my expectation and food quality. All salty, sweet and too oily taste. Meat was not fresh and I couldn’t finish them. Less crowded is the only reason that I gave 2 stars in the morning. You can try if you don’t expect food quality much. And waitresses were not kind and exposed their mind to their faces. Lack of service mindset.
