We had a delicious lunch. Elizabeth was our server and was very helpful and attentive. She suggested a salad dressing for me and sweet Asian BBQ sauce for my riblets. Best service in a long time!

Just stopped in for a couple drinks and some apps, beer was cold and food delicious. Melissa delivered excellent service which made me happy considering the last couple visits to a Applebee's left me feeling unwelcomed. (Different location). Overall a great time!

We come to this Applebee’s fairly regularly, and we’ve never had a bad experience! We generally sit at the bar with Heather, and she’s just the best. Quick, friendly, and just great to chat with! 10/10, would recommend!

Bourbon Street Steak and Shrimp with Mashed Potatoes
I've been to this location many times, but recently, we ordered through DoorDash to have it delivered. When the dasher got here, one bag of our order was missing which had one of the two entrees in it. I was furious, so I called the restaurant and ranted to the manager and then hung up on him. God bless him, he called me back, re-ordered DoorDash to come pick up what was missing from my order and have it delivered on their dime. Even fixed it again so it would be hot. Pedro was the manager that did all of this for me. And when he called me back to tell me what he had done, he was even kind enough to say that we had 'gotten disconnected' when we talked earlier, but I corrected him and took the blame for my frustration and told him that I knew he knew I hung up on him.
I cannot say enough kind things about this man. If you are in the Fern Creek area and need a good place to eat with good people, you MUST go to Applebee's and tell Pedro about your experience. His boss needs to understand just how important this man is to him because he saved a customer last night. I was ready to go on full blast about my bad experience, but he has given me reason to believe that folks still do care about doing a good job and making your experience as positive as it can be.
Pedro, thank you again for all that you did. I appreciate you and I hope your boss, your co-workers and Applebee's all do, too.
