Apero Food and Wine is an absolute gem of a restaurant located in Auckland. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with brick walls, low light and earthy colors. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner is always around to answer questions and offer advice. The menu is full of French and classic European dishes that are sure to please any palette. The charcuterie platter is especially delicious and the house made pork sausages are definitely worth trying. The wine list is also impressive and the staff are more than happy to recommend pairings. The portions can be on the small side, so it's best to order multiple dishes to share. All in all, Apero is a great place for a casual yet upscale dining experience. Highly recommended!
