I made an order on Glovo on a Sunday at 18:30. The place is 20 minutes by walk (5 by car) from my apartment. I ordered through Glovo because I was tired and needed food. At 20:15 the order didn’t arrive yet. On Glovo it was written that the delivery is managed by Ancymon, and not by Glovo. The phone number provided was not reachable, I called several times and didn’t work. So I contacted Glovo assistance and cancelled the order. Probably Ancymon never started to prepar the order, and they could just refuse it instead of making people waiting in hunger. Very unprofessional and ridiculous.
