The customer service was not good at all. The employee called our order number and then said that they did not when my significant other tried to see about our order. I watched an employee discuss my significant other with other customers saying how he was wrong which is so unprofessional. I decided to make a compliant to a manager and then watched the same employee talk about the complaint right in front of the counter for us to see. I was completely disappointed.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT ANY TYPE OF ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I did not get the girls name but she was a short small black girl with locks in her hair. She didn’t even say one word to me ! I talked to her multiple times and she gave me no response!! When she had my order ready she PUSHED IT ACROSS THE COUNTER TO ME ! Didn’t say a name or order number at all! Straight BS! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I've never seen a problem with anyone from a racial standpoint in my life. Today, I felt ridiculed and spat on because of my skin color. The young woman running the register ignored me for 12 minutes before I left and ordered somewhere else in the mall due to her looking over me for customers of her skin color. As soon as they walked up, she greeted them and smiled and held conversations with them while having their food prepared and would ignore me completely as I tried to give her my order. It was such a disgusting feeling. I will never as long as the restaurant is in the mall eat there. Nor will anyone I'm associated with.

I ordered a 10pc BONELESS wings and I get to my table and they were bone in. No problem simple mistake. Well someone's order comes up and the girl brought it to her completely ignoring me and then when the cashier finally asks me, she acts like it's a chore and she slammed my receipt down on the counter. Just very rude and not a way to treat customers.

I asked for an order of half lemon pepper and half Buffalo hot and received hot lemon pepper wings. When I called to address the situation I was hung up on. Then I called back they act like they didn’t understand what I was saying. Worst American Deli ever.

I'm waiting for my food now as we speak. It doesn't matter honestly how good the food here is because the service is horrible. The girl at the register is ridiculously rude and unfriendly. I asked some questions about the menu and the woman answered all of them curtly and made it seem like I was dumb for asking. the cooks also were just sitting around staring at me while I was standing there waiting for my food. It was awkward and I'm never coming back

The staff is very lazy, and rude, and oh if someone cuts in front of you in line, its okay for that to happen apparently because they'll serve those rude customers first even though you were in line waiting like an actual decent human being. The staff has always been rude but they'll never get in trouble for it. They dont care about their job or customers.

I have always loved American Deli since my teenage years. I went to the original one in South Dekalb Mall where I would get the special, medium. They're still the best wings to me.
