It has been many years since we enjoyed a pizza slice from Ambrose the other day. We both enjoyed our large pizza slices and soft drinks. The slices still taste good, and the service was excellent too. We will come back again. I have been coming here for years!! And I have to say the quality of their food has become trash the past few times I have ate here. Today I waited 30 mins to get my food which is not bad if my food would have been fresh! But, when they finally called my name my pizza was not the size of a large slice as usual, really thin & it was luke warm. (Yes, I ate 2 small pieces the tip.) made no sense that I paid $30 for bad quality Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

After placing my order, I kept getting calls that they cant prepare my order, then called me back and said they can. Then called me a third time to say they cant. They had me on hold on the phone for so long that I decided to go in person to see what was going on. Turns out that they had me on hold on purpose. Never going back there again. Man, I come here a couple times a month. You can never go wrong with a Large size.Honestly, this is the best pizza I've had so far. I really miss dinning In, watching sports here, eating A Large slice and Drinking a couple of Modelos😔

2 starts only because I've been here in the past for my lunch hour because it's a decent pizza for the money. Not good or bad but definitely too much crust. Today I waited an hour for a pastrami sandwich because they forgot to start my order. Was supposed to be dine in and ended up having to take it out. Then I got the sandwich and it was greasy , meat was cold, and worst of all they forgot the pickles. Ended up having a bite and tossing the sandwich, I love pastrami but this was the worst I've had. My coworkers pizza crust was hard and they both ended just eating the toppings. Mistakes happen, but staff didn't even apologize or show any remorse. Won't bother coming back again to waste my time or money.

Unfortunately I used to love Ambrose.. now everytime I place an order, they 95% of the time get it wrong, they're online doesn't work anymore I'm just so so tired of over paying and thee best service now ending.. Another amazing business dying because of poor service... Personally I blame these weak no good generation babies!!!!! Smh Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The current rotating staff keeps dropping the ball. Arrived to pick up my order and was told they were waiting for my large slices. Waited like 15 minutes then was told the pizza oven tech “forgot”‘to make them. Third time something like this has happened to me here. But they sure doubled up on the ranch dressing. Wow! Best damn BBQ chicken pizza I ever had! It's a great place to watch sports and the prices are freaking awesome! Plus they got blue moon on TAP! You order at the counter and they call u to pick up at the counter. It makes it feel like a mom and pop kind of place and that adds to the vibe that you came to your friends house to watch the game. Highly recommend this spot for pizza lovers who don't need all the fancy get up!
