We were planning on just sitting down and enjoying a drink for happy hour and ended up staying for 5 hours! The view is amazing, particularly for sunset - oh my gosh!!! The beers are around the same price as other bars and the watermelon daiquiri (happy hour buy one get one free) was super tasty. Best of all was the service! The staff were super attentive and happy to have a chat with us. They also assisted us in getting more cigarettes when we ran out, cannot speak highly enough of them! food was really bad, mango shake was really not drinkable at all, worst experience in Philippines. Go to La Plage bar&restaurant and avoid bad experience, cause there are many better places here :) Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great place to kick back and catch the sunset. Happy hour cocktails from 4 to 6pm and the view is straight across the water for the sunset. Has videoke of you're into that. Not sure about the complaints on the service, we thought it was great. Pizza is good and prices are standard across the area. Recommended.

This restaurant is part of the Doublegem Beach Resort. This is where they serve their breakfast buffet which is nice. See my review of the hotel for more information on the breakfast buffet spread. The food is very nice and the servings are well within western standards (large servings). Reasonably priced as well; not expensive and not too cheap, just right. I had the spicy pork (served with rice) for lunch and pancit (Filipino noodles) in the afternoon during their happy hour. My wife had a bolognese pasta for lunch and fries in the afternoon. We're extremely happy with their food. Their bar has a happy hour starting from 15:00 until 17:00 and you get 50% off on some of their cocktails. Bartender is nice and knowledgeable. Cocktails are good and ranges from candy/fruity sweet to strong flavours. If you are planning to do a bar hopping in El Nido, this is your first stop. Get your buzz on at 3 PM in this place.

Apology for my earlier review. I realise it was the wrong place and have deleted it. I walked past here along the seafront toward Cabana Beach and so it flagged up. Regret not coming here at sunset as we were told by others about the amazing views.

This restaurant is attached to the doublegen hotel and anyone can wat or drink here you get the bonus of being able to look at the wondeful views on the beach see and many islands in the distance because of the view i stayed for an extra drink after my lunch i opted for the sandwiches and french fries under 300 pesos and was greated with a rather large meal i got 2 sandwiches and they was very full and a decent size of french fries the food itself was very good and i can see myself eating here again before i leave el nido
