BEST BEST BEST Caribbean restaurant I've ever had. Been coming here for over 7 yrs. Had a few others in the neighborhood, as well as a few in NYC. Nothing can compare! Oxtail is the best dish they have, and always sold out fast. They bake is the 1 of the best bread I've ever had! Is there 10 stars for me to give? The jerk and curry chicken are amazing! Definitely coming back soon. Big portions, very fresh. They came with rice and beans, cabbage, and fried plantain. The people were really nice. Overall an amazing experience!

The reason for the low ratings, is because the food is NEVER ready. When you go in person they have you waiting at the window, pretending they are preparing your food to take out. But you are still there waiting, no matter what time of the day you go it's the same problem. You could call in advance it doesn't matter. Why is that? PEOPLE cook more food already, trust me you have the support in the neighborhood. There is a lack of fine dinning Your food will be eaten and gone, you will not be flowing out any unused portions. We waited 20 minutes after we called in advance to place a pick up. Once we got the food, the jerk chicken was extremely spicy. This is not the first time I get jerk chicken so that’s how I know that theirs was so hot it was practically inedible. We tossed out 50% of the plate. I love this place. The cook is very nice. Amazing Food, Very good. Never dissatisfied. In my opinion worth every penny. They give you ALOT of food. Have to try and highly recommend. I feel like am in the carribean Islands when I eat the food. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Visited here while vacationing at Kalahari. Their food and service was excellent. Although, some would consider it a hole in the wall, the food was worth every penny. The owner was nice enough to sample us oxtail, and curry chicken prior to buying. And I must say, we were very happy to stumble upon this restaurant. Next time we're in the area, we'll come back for more.

The food from this little place is absolutely amazing. Very decent portions,and food is always very fresh. The owners are also very nice. My favorites are the jerk chicken and curry chicken,which is out of this world!
