Winning point is the atmosphere. Its a good place to chill & dine. However, it took the staffs more than half an hour to finally clean the table we were told to sit at, and take our orders. Drinks arrived 30mins after ordering, foods arrived wayyyy later. On top of that, they forgot 2 of our orders too. When asked, they said have to wait some more. But luckily the cashier allowed us to cancel as its not even made yet. Foods were also already cold when served making the dining experience less enjoyable. Should take not on that. Overall, a considerably good place if you’re craving for western food but with a budget. I like the buttermilk chicken. However, the lamb was rather disappointing as its very overcooked & very chewy.

Located behind Hock Lee Centre, Alfresco is located on the ground floor with numerous parking spots but depending on time, does get limited.
The place has a decent look and atmosphere externally while internally, has a great and comfortable vibe. The seats are numerous and even has a semi-private room for groups.
The menu had a variety of choices for the food and beverages which is great! I ordered the chicken chop with rice and mushroom sayce and with a cost of RM12, there was one piece of chicken with rice, fries and coleslaw. I enjoyed it as it was simple and worth the price. I also tasted the lamb and it was nice and soft.
Its a great place for budget-friendly western food option and is also decent for going with groups.

This place is the worst. My food never arrived. I asked the waitress, and she told me to keep waiting. I waited for an hour while my colleagues finished their meals and the restaurant emptied out. My food still hasn't come. And this is not the first time

Different experience from me, our table didn’t have a number, I went to the counter to submit my orders and I pointed our table where we sat at, then finally they found our table and served our food.

Sad lunch, ordered chicken chop , and chicken chop rice. Chicken chop was real bad, cold chicken , cold fries , wet salad. And the rice, don’t know is rice ball or normal rice. 🙁 it used to be good. Hopefully owner will take note the food and be great again…

Back then, when i was eating at this place the food was amazing. But after not going for 2 months, the pasta is tasteless. the buttermilk chicken pop that my friend ordered have a very hard texture. it is very hard to chew. I think the chef have change. I know you want to do fast service but don't forget to season the food. other than that, everything else is amazing.

Recommended Restaurant. They have open space and air-conditioning area. One of the best western food that you all can visit. Nice food and portion with reasonable price. They have various of food. Nice environment and it also cozy place. Don't worry about parking, they have a lot of parking space in front of their restaurant. Will visit again.
