I went to Albertsons on Riggs and Gilbert on 12/17/23 about 12:40pm. I bought a bag of 5lb potatoes and a bag of 3lb onions. I went to the self checkout. I paid with a credit card . Later i have noticed that I was charged regular price for the 3lb onions. Supposed to be $0.67 with digital coupon but i was charged $2.99. I went to customer service and I talked to an employee supposedly she was the employee of the month on her name tag. So I explained to her the issue she said it was my fault and stated that I may have not clicked the digital coupon. I said I did and showed her a copy of the ad and I explained that I got charged accordingly for the Potatoes but not for the onions. Add states $0.67 for each. The employee asked me to open my phone and showed her the app and proof that I clipped the digital coupon. I explained that after the coupon is used it would disappear from the app. The employee took my phone and start going through the app. That she said that I will give you the money back as a courtesy. I said I am not here looking for charity or donation. I said there was a mistake and would like to address it and have it corrected. The employee gave me my receipt back. I asked for a manger and was told manager not available she is on the register helping. Then the employee who was trying to help me approached me and said “ you are not a gentleman or you are the most rude person I have ever met” in a loud voice in front of customers and associates and threw the receipt at me. I waited like 10 minutes and was told to either come back later to talk to a manger or leave your phone number and a manager will call you. Imagine being yelled at by an employee of the month and basically insulted by an employee in front of customers and associated. My expectations was just to have the association sorry about the error and here is the difference in price. Did not get an apology nor was able to speak to a supervisor to express my concerns. Customer of Safeway and Albertsons' for years.
Almost every time there is a sale on beef especially on Fridays there is no stock and I have to ask the butcher to replenish the stock.All the expensive cuts are in stock but very rarely the beef items that are on sale. I asked the manager to rectify this problem about 2 weeks ago and she hasn't.I don't care for their attitude and I'm disappointed by their terrible customer appreciation.When there is a sale from here on out if there is no stock,I go STRAIGHT to CORPORATE for help.In the meantime , Fry's is awesome as well as Winco's.

Fairlife Milk is on sale $4.99, but it didn't scan at the cashier. Cashier girl made me go all the way back to the milk section an take a photo of the price tag. Obviously, the discounts are not entered into the system so you need to be alert.
Loved the Custom Bakery Cake we picked up on 09/29/2923. It worked great for our large party. It was decorated beautifully and tasted great! It was a marble cake with strawberry filling. It was delicious!
Too many overcharges on receipt. Always have a ridiculous excuse. Once was told to use my camera to take pictures of the clipped coupons, not to use a computer to click the digital coupons.
I don't usually write reviews but this is the second time at this Starbucks and second bad experience..If you can't wait til you're done with my transaction to look at your phone there is definitely a problem..I finally walked away after standing there for a minute waiting for my recipe while she looked at her phone..will not be coming back here there's a frys the same distance for me that as way better customer service.

Great grocery store. One of my favorites because it’s never busy. The fried chicken in the deli rocks. Pressure cooked and fried. They seem to always have a special too.
I just had the worst experience with a cashier and a manager. My loyalty card would not scan and I asked for help. That should have been a quick fix and their response was "I'm quitting and so is everyone else. Call corporate." I've had the same card for 15+ years. Unbelievable that they treat people this way. I used to come frequently, but I won't be back.

Drive up and go attendant is super rude and ungrateful. Please lady just quit and let someone work that actually needs the job. Don’t know her name, heavy set younger brunette.

I miss having this store in Casa Grande area. I didn't want to leave the store. Super clean. All smiles and friendly faces. Who could ask for anything more. I have a big family always buying groceries. Their prices are the Best. Fresh produce meats. A one stop shop. Thanks to all staff . You guy's are awesome. I must return.
