I am referring to the delivery experience here not the Dine in or takeaway. The pastries were cold and tasted sub par. 3 stars only for the cinnamon baguette and the roumi pie. Yet this is not what you would expect from a gourmet bakery shop. I think I’ll have to try the Dine in next time to decide.

It used to be very good, but I always thought their employees need better training, no politeness whatsoever! During this visit, not only were the employees (especially the one working in the pies area) completely unprofessional, unfriendly and very rude, but the pies were obviously old and the stuffing for the cheddar pie was different, not to mention most of our favorites weren’t even there. Disclaimer: the cashier was absolutely fine, other employees gave us a very bad shopping experience.

Such a pleasure witnessing any store as such in KSA. I almost felt like I was home in Australia. Variety is great, olive spread with toast is a great combination! They need to be a little more price friendly though, relax with the prices otherwise people will select other options with specific products. All in all a nice 4/5 👍
