This place is definitely a gem in Taghazout. We stayed a week in Taghazout and ate at several places, but always came back to Aftas. The staff is certainly the best. Hafida is absolutely the sweetest. Their smoothies are delicious. We would have their breakfast yogurt with fruits every morning. We had the fish of the day, which was Tuna with some sides (salad, grilled potatoes, zucchini and eggplant) and the Aftas salad that was so fresh and tasty ! I really liked the open kitchen where we can see cookers preparing. The service was great, my only advise adress to customers is to show on the menu what meal you want because for some waiter english is not really understandable. Great Waiter!! Kitchen is high on hash and incompetent. Ordered for 5 guys brought two of the dishes in time than nothing until they finished their food than they brought for the third guy. Than for ever nothing and they didn’t manage to bring two pizzas. Everybody was finished and the pizzas still not came. After 2h and many complaints we finally got our not tasting good pizzas. Had a really bad evening bc of the incompetence of the citchen Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

It took 2 hours until everybody of our group got their food. The food itself was ok, but the pizzas were very dry and not really delicious. Not quite the experience we wanted. Can‘t recommend Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person MAD 50–100 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Shared a meal with my partner. She had a pasta dish and I had the Aftas salad. The first item my partner ordered (from the menu) was not available. The drink I ordered was not available. Our waiter appeared to be a 13 year old boy that barely spoke French or English but relied on us pointing to items on the menu. This was only a problem because he tended to hide in the kitchen to avoid interactions with the guests. My salad was a 5/5 and my wife's pasta was a 3/5. It could have been improved with salt and pepper, but those were not available (see above waiter problem). I had to go to the kitchen to pay my bill. The waiter informed me they had "no change", so we had to navigate that before departing. I would love to give this place 5 stars like other reviewers, but it's not fair to all the restaurants that work hard to deliver great food and service. I liked my salad and I might go back for a repeat of it, but I'm going to bring change next time. Price per person MAD 50–100 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Absolutely incredible food and people! We went with a group of 9 and has just the best time - the pizza, raviolis, gnocchi were all high quality and you can tell that the chef has spent a considerate amount of time in Italy. They catered to our vegan and vegetarian requests as well - thank you so much! An absolute gem in Taghazout and a must visit! Can't wait to come back!! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

I had the best tagines in the whole of Taghazout here. The chicken one was delicious but the seafood one was incredible! The seafood was super fresh and the flavour of the sauce was exceptional. I’ll be going back for more. The pizzas are also delicious and the staff are super lovely. I’d definitely recommend eating here.

The food was delicious and the staff was nice. We were very happy with the pancakes with chocolate and almond. Also the fresh noodles were tasty although I was a bit disappointed with the amount of ravioli (5 pieces) which left me hungry. Edit: we came here more than 5 times and the food was very delicious 😍 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
