We ordered sweet corn chicken soup and chicken Mongolian rice. The flavours and portions were good but the chicken pieces were not enough for both the soup and rice. Other than that taste and price wise it's recommendable. Ambience is great and well maintained

I was offended by the fact that they served non-vegetarian food, including beef, while using such a holy name. Akshaya Patram (Spelled correctly here) was a divine gift from Surya, the sun god, to Yudhishthira, the eldest of the Pandavas, who were devout followers of Krishna. It was a vessel that provided unlimited food to the Pandavas during their exile in the forest.
You can see the attached Shiva mural on the outside wall. Are they still serving beef and non-vegetarian food? Does the owner really intend to offend believers? I have no idea
Moreover, Despite having Indianised name the restaurant did not have any authentic Indian dishes. They only had fried rice, kottu and noodles. Not even biryani. There were not many vegetarian options either.
The only positive thing about the restaurant was its location. It was not in downtown and the atmosphere was pleasant. The service was also top notch.
