As always their sandwiches are top notch. We ordered 2 Cuban Sandwiches 1 Complete Sandwich and a Ham and Cheese. All of which we demolished. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful and we got Coconut Flan togo.

In my opinion as a culinary student and Dominican myself. This has to be hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had. My partner bought me a cake for my birthday as a surprise. First off, icing tasted fake, I could only compare the flavor to toothpaste. The cake itself was not your normal moist, pillow texture, traditional Dominican cakes we've all grown to love and enjoy. It was coffee cake!!!! Raisin coffee cake!! Not only that but they didn't even have the cake ready for him when he arrived. He ordered it weeks in advance, and he waited 15 agonizing minutes for a cake that was supposed to be done 4 hours ago. Yet it doesn't end there. No apology was given to my partner for waiting, nor did he at least receive an act a repentance for the HUGE f** screw up. Needless to say, I was looking forward to a delicious Dominican cake. Turns out Ada's Creations aren't good at all. In my opinion they should stop creating, and begin making what Dominicans truly love.

Rude. Rude. Rude! Does not listen to order that was asked for. Even after it was written down! I'm with others that say they would give a negative review if they could. Why have a nasty attitude when no one was even giving you one to begin with. It is natural for a customer to have questions about an order they paid for! That day she literally read the order then decided to change it. To then have the audacity to try to charge for what we were told we were going to get. There are other bakers in Rhode Island you're better off going to.

I only go for there sandwiches and do take out . highly recommend but go with cash because if you are in a budget like I am you end up paying close to $16 for a sandwich that only costs $10. They charge .50 to pay with a card which is understandable but they sit there machine to pay 18% even if you don't want to. I can understand giving a tip if your eating in but for take out they shouldn't force you
