This was not 100% our bag, but the service was excellent. One of the friendliest places we tried. Definitely a very fun place and perfect for couples and families. Limited menu, but you'll find it's enough and will satisfy. Good wines, beer and soft drinks available. Reservations are super recommended. Only 7 spots available but be patient and wait if you can. My husband had such a pleasant dinner here with our son last night. Our waiter was very nice (which wasn't always the case during our trip) and the food was tasty. Everything came out quickly and accurately, which is super helpful when you've got a squirrelly almost 2 year old in tow. It was fun to grill our meats at the table and the sauce the waiter recommended we put on after we finished cooking was really nice. The fries were especially good- they came to out hot and crispy with just the right amount of salt. We finished our meal with a slice of caramel cake and a glass of the pineapple liquor- delicious!

An amazing place to spend time with your loved one(s). It was really fun to grill the meat by yourself. The bacon was the best of all! We also ordered a side dish (white rice and French fries), and they fit perfectly with the grilled meat. Another highlight of the place was the home-made sauce that complements the grilled meat really well. Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone who is visiting Ponta Delgada! One of the best meals we had in Ponta Delgada. You grill your own food at the table which was fun (except the fish which they cook for you). Delicious & high quality meat for sure. The owner was super nice, friendly & helpful. We loved it and highly recommend anybody visiting check it out. Great food & great value also. This is such a nice small place. The owner is very welcoming and great, simple food The prices are low but we found it was great price/ food quality ratio Due to it being small, get there early or be prepared to have to wait a bit, or make a reservation!
