The food here is nowhere close to the quality of the food they had at the downtown location. Maybe it was a bad day when we went, but the soup was very watered down. We couldn’t even get close to finishing it. The bread they used for the sandwiches was totally wrong and ruined the taste of the sandwiches. I love this cafe and the interior design, so it’s sad to see the quality of the food become like this.

Sadly, the second floor is usually closed, perhaps intended to encourage customers to utilize the main floor and basement areas first, although I cannot confirm this.
Absolut Klassik Coffee Shop serves as a wonderful place for studying or getting lost in a book, but it's worth noting that it has an early closing time, usually around 6 in the evening. Therefore, it's essential to plan accordingly if you're seeking an evening study session or relaxation.

Definitely one of the best coffee places in Hsinchu. They got good taste of interior deco and great ambiance that is super friendly for work and study (outlet available for charging). Fair price for meal and drinks.
A very cozy place with an outstanding ambience. Quiet and calming in a way that’s not boring. A variety of high-quality coffee and types of desserts can be expected. Always loved coming here alone or with some friends.
