I was invited by local people to a traditional feast on Sunday evening. My first experience with Uzbek cuisine was very good and the starters whetted my appetite for the main course. The service was nice and discreet, and the plov was served on ceramic plates famous from this region. Unfortunately, without horsemeat sausage, but I wasn't the one who placed the order. The skewers on the grill smelled amazing and the hospitality I experienced exceeded my expectations. Very cozy and without the pomp of Chaikhana rooms.
