Messed up our order twice. Asked for no pickles on chicken sliders. They put pickles on it and then when i had them make new ones without pickle, they just took off the pickles of original. It still had a pickle juice taste to it yuck!!!!. They also had next customer yelling at them for messing up theirs too. This place sucks!! I mean really sucks!! My burger was great and the kids meals were on point. But my wife's chilli cheese dog was well kinda a disappointment, it was a small hot dog in next to no bun and the toppings were just piled on. Not enough to complain but enough to note Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We haven't been to an A&W in forever. Our service was fast but a little forgotten. The server forgot all of our fries. We had to go back up to the counter to ask for our fries. Once it came, they forgot our chili fries. We eventually got them. Chicken tenders were great and hot. We didn't get any of the actual food, . . . just a fatty A&W rootbeer float 🍦🥤(so necessary) It was E-P-I-C!! The service was fast & filled with smiles, the float delicious, and the restaurant clean. I love this nostalgic restaurant. A & W root beer is my favorite. We got floats which are the best. The ice cream is very creamy and topping it off with root beer is a fantastic treat. I enjoy the car hop drive up, it brings me back to my childhood every time.

This is my first visit to an A&W in decades, as they are non existent in my home state. We both ordered the #4 Coney Hot Dog with curly fires. The meal was OK. You might want to use a fork to eat this hot dog in your car. It can be a bit messy. Reasonably priced. Friendly fast service. Adequate portions of food. No dine in. Only 11 slots for order parking. Or, per the sign on the door you can call in your order and tell them where in the parking lot you are parked. Sign on door states: No on site dining Restrooms closed No Trash Bins then follows all these 'NO' statements with a 'Thank You'. Thank You for what? Yellow tape around doors looks rather trashy. See picture. Management should have a place for you to discard all the food paper products when you are finished eating. The building is in need of some restoration work (painting etc). Likely won't be back. But again, food ok. Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

My mom and I really had a nice dinner here, and I am a picky eater 😅 I love that the original old-school A&W style has been maintained here, and it's always fun to do a drive-up eatery! The staff was really cool and kind in spite of being extremely busy. My cheeseburger and curly fries were delicious and exceeded my expectations, the food was by far the best fast-food I've had since I was a youngin'. My mom also really enjoyed her burger and milkshake. The milkshake was classic, it was the same A&W taste I remember from when I was a kid! We had a great experience here and would recommend.

Received coupons in the mail. Order was done fast, and we took it home. My wife ordered her burger without onions and pickles and it was done right. Everything was excellent including the A&W Root Beer. (as you can see she was eating the burger before I even was able to take the photo)
