Ordered a double teen burger combo in the drivethru. Came home a started eating and realized the bottom bun had a big chunk of green mold on it. I called and they offered to make a new one but I didn't have the energy or appetite anymore to drive 10min one way just for the burger. This location is usually pretty good but I'm pretty disappointed after this. Food: 1

Employees need to care more about order accuracy. My wife and I always order the the same meals, but with different drinks because she is diabetic. We ordered two burgers, both with onion rings, one with a coke, one with a diet root beer. That way we can easily tell which one is sugar free and safe to drink) When we got to the window, the woman was unsure of herself and asked if we had ordered root beer. I said that if it was already poured, that I'd take the root beer instead of the coke. When we got the order, we had two burgers, one onion rings and one fries. When we went back to ask about the mistake, the woman at the window told us that, no, we ordered fries and to check our recipe, which we did and it had both her mistake with the drink and with the fries on it. When we got home, we realized that neither of the drinks indicated which one they were, so now we have no way of knowing which is the diet root beer we ordered and which is the mistake root beer the woman poured us, outside of my wife guessing which one tastes sugar-free and potentially going into a diabetic coma. I work in customer service, so I will gladly take the accidental root beer if it makes an employees life easier, but I work in the food industry, so having the woman so confidently tell us that we ordered fries when she already messed up our drink - the only difference between the two meals - does not reflect well on how much she cares about order accuracy nor does it show that she considers the potential harm she could cause by messing up people's orders Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Used a 2 can dine coupon here. Service at the drive through was quick (only car in drive through). Mozza burger was the usual fine goodness. Onions rings were crispy but just lacking in the spice. Overall, you can't go wrong with their onion rings as no one makes it better. Their root beer is always on point as well. Wanted to grab a quick bite to eat with my granddaughter and thought I would try A&W with her. Was not disappointed. I know what their food is like so knew what to expect going in. Though it was fairly busy at the time, our service was prompt and the food was fast, hot and good. Because it is attached to a gas station, the seating area is not very large or attractive. However, it was clean. It is close to my granddaughter's place so we'll definitely go back. I recommend this place to eat... Went here today for breakfast. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and the service was even better. The restaurant was tidy and clean, and everything I asked for in my meal was included. I'd like to personally thank those responsible for making my experience so wonderful. Well this is the third time trying this locations drive thru thought I would give them a try again, you never know they might of changed. But no they are still Not friendly, "snotty", rude attitude at window like I shouldn't be there and talks to adjacent staff in a non English language that appears to be "mocking" customers. Again they made me wait in the parking lot for over 9 minuities for a egger! way to long considering that no one was behind me in the drive thru. I think ill drive to the A&W by Safeway (stand alone building) they are friendlier their. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My partner and I came to the A&W this afternoon and were blown away by the service in the drive thru- easily the best customer service. We ordered two chubby burgers using a coupon and though we had to pull forward to wait, the burgers were brought out within the allocated time and were fresh. The food is good because it's fresh but beware, it's really slow. Especially, if you're ordering online and waiting for delivery, it's one of the slowest "fast food" restaurants.
