This place is great if you are a seafood lover! An aquarium in the entrance shows several lobsters that you can select for your meal. They also have a seafood counter with magnificent shrimps (go for the red ones, they are expensive but by far the best), crabs, oysters and other shellfish options. There is a great wine selection and the atmosphere is also great. A must go to anyone that loves seafood! A Great seafood restaurant in Porto. Delicious lobster, shrimp, fish , rice and the wine that comes along with it. If your budget allows for this indulgence go for it Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €50+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Seafood on Display
As soon as you enter you immediately notice that the shellfish are really fresh. Huge selection of crabs, lobsters and all types of prawns, a delight for the eyes! Medium prawns, really juicy and paired with some pretty good sauces. Grilled Carabineros Shrimp with sauce, delicious. - Giant Shrimp - Medium Shrimp - Carabineros - Whelks Excellent service, very attentive and thoughtful. Good warm bread to accompany the dishes. Quality/Price - good Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €50+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Shrimp with Garlic and Olive Oil
Great seafood place, really good quality. I think the price is way too inflated, it does not justify for the quality. €100/kg for lobster, really? We ended up paying €400 for 4. Great food but it wouldn’t call me back for these prices. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I had an opportunity to eat here on my last day in Porto. What a great way to end my trip. I was seated at the bar area and got to watch the chef and staff in action. I was in awe of their well oiled machine. I ordered 3 large prawns to start, seafood rice for one as an entree, and banoffee pie for dessert. The prawns were sweet and meaty, the seafood rice was perfectly seasoned and had plenty of shrimp, clams, crab meat and I think I tasted lobster too 😅. MUST use their spicy oil in the seafood rice. So good and just the right amount of heat. The banoffee pie was creamy and cut perfectly. 10/10 highly recommend. I can’t wait to come back!
Super bon! Great fresh seafoods especially my favorite crabs, and the local shells. Fish soup so yummy too. Best service perfect English speaking gentleman has been really helpful and nice for ordering and looking after the table. Home wine also great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I ordered the crab and it was huge. More than one kilo. It took few minutes to land on the table but was cold and plain. Nothing impressive. The thing in the middle of the shell is not crab. It is salad and it’s not tasty. Fried shrimp was mediocre at best. The sea food rice was really nice and full of seafood. Want my advice: get the seafood rice only. The full portion is enough for 3 and the 1/2 portion is good for 2 and avoid everything else. This is an expensive restaurant so watch what you order. Certainly overrated! What a delightful seafood dining experience at this beautifully adorned restaurant! The ambiance is truly charming, and the selection of fresh seafood is exceptional, with many of the options still alive when presented for your choice. The extensive wine list adds to the pleasure of the meal. The ability to handpick your own lobster and specify its preparation is a standout feature. I must say, the Santola, a sizable crab, left a lasting impression, and the Arroz de Lavagante, the lobster rice dish, was simply extraordinary – a true gastronomic delight! The flavors were beyond compare. As much as I relished the culinary journey, it's important to note that this level of excellence comes with a corresponding price tag. Indeed, the dining experience is quite expensive. However, if you're seeking a memorable and high-quality seafood feast, this restaurant unquestionably delivers. More than 5 stars for the experience today. We arrived without reservation and were invited in, welcomed and the staff took the time to explain the different seafoods including the barnacles. Being only a couple We had to restrict our choice to barnacles, tiny shrimp, jumbo prawns and oysters. Magnificent and the barnacles are a revelation. For main we had the grilled sea bass with potatoes. The performance by the waiter serving the sea bass is akin to Peking duck being cut and served at your table. Wonderful in every aspect. Dessert was a lime tart and a Portuguese sponge cake with a custard centre. Again amazing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
