This is my go to when ordering a themed cake! I am always blown away by their creativity, quality and customer service! My most recent experience with them really encouraged me to leave this review, I feel like everyone should know just how wonderful they are. There was some miscommunication w my order, imagine my surprise when I show up and my cake isn’t what I expected. When I brought this to their attention they were so apologetic and offered me numerous options to make up for this. I was really upset but the way they handled the situation was marvelous they went above and beyond to rectify this. I am so grateful at how quickly they took action and made my daughter’s day special, the cake was amazing! I have ordered 3 cakes from here and will continue to order with them every year! I was so lucky to come across this wonderful bakery! They worked with me to create exactly what I wanted for my sons first birthday AND the cakes were delicious! I am beyond pleased with the service I received at A Cake Occasion! I wanted to surprise my husband with a cake for our anniversary on Friday the 13th and they were able to help make my dreams come true. The cake was ready the next day and it was PERFECT! For sure they got lots of cake. We ordered a 4 tier cake from them and it looks good. Got us some cupcakes for breakfast and some where good, some just okay, some too sweet. Got some zucchini fruit cake too I was expecting the same cake from “THE MARKETPLACE” in downtown, nowhere close to the taste. Overall, the staff are very friendly, they get the job done beautifully and on time. As far as the taste, not dry but would like it to be moist more. Thank you all!

Our tiered wedding cake was an absolute delight! The combination of white cake, zesty lemon curd, and velvety vanilla buttercream frosting was a match made in heaven. Not only did it look stunning, but each bite was a burst of deliciousness. The best part? We had leftovers that I happily indulged in, savoring the magic of our special day all over again.

They did an amazing job on a cake I order just 4 days before the event and the price was very fair. I will definitely be putting another order in this month.
