I went to this bar when I was visiting Puli as it is not far from my hotel. It was very empty when I visited and maybe it was only weekdays. The lady boss is a very friendly person. Was chit chatting with her and she was telling me some of the stories in Puli. Then people starts to come in around 12 but it was still half empty. Price per person $400–600 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Great small bar with KTV (free before midnight on Sat). English song selection is decent. There's a dart area too. The people working were soo nice!
