Worst owner ever! We came to smoke shisha but it didn’t work. We asked for a new one but they didn’t have anymore so the waiter was giving us a refund but the owner said no. We tried to explain the situation but nothing to do, he wanted us to pay in a threatening way. So we paid and left. Don’t go in this place, the owner doesn’t deserve anything

Our experience at this bar is terrible! Waitress was angry! why we ordered an alcohol drinks!! Because she don’t drink alcohol. Shisha is not included in the bill we should pay for it with no bill. Avoid this place Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Amazing ambience. Beautiful hosts the owner himself is a great guy. Special shout out to Rueben the Dj and stand in bar keep ... No entrance charges.....always have afound a good crowd. Amazing mix of musix.

This venue does not appear to like non-white guests. One of our group entered fine. Then when the rest of the group (made up of black and Asian individuals) attempted to enter, an old man in a suit looked us up and down and said no. The bouncer took direction from this older man and then claimed that they were only letting people in who had a reservation. It is interesting that we saw multiple white people enter before and after us and they were not challenged or asked if they had a reservation. One way to lose customers. My group had similar issues at another bar on the same road. Multiple white guests were allowed to enter but we were told that it was a private event. This was clearly a lie and was confirmed by people outside. It is a shame to see that racism still exists. Edit: In response to the owners reply. The older man on the door who looked us up and down and shook his head after letting in multiple white guests before and after us (without a reservation) was clearly racist. The guy on the door fumbling over his words to come up with an excuse backed this up. I have no reason to lie. The last line of your response makes no sense at all. To people thinking about going to this venue, I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. The people on the door at Bar Baixa were a lot more welcoming and friendly.

I came to Porto looking for a place like this. Great drinks, great music, great people. Also, I lost my keys inside and the staff helped me find them. Very good!

Be carful tourist . No cocktails!! ! Do you believe it? No even tissues! The manager reversed to provide it for customers!!! My advice s avoid this place if you want to enjoy the night ! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst cocktail ever! 7 euro for just juice and sparkling water, it’s a trap for tourists. We complained with the owner, he was really disrespectful and treated us really badly. Do not go!
