I cannot think of another restaurant in Göteborg that is better than 28+. Amazing food, wine, helpful and caring service, as well as a quite classic decoration inside. The only thing is that I feel baked char is a little bit salty, but could be balanced well with the paired Riesling. Along with the Krug champagne and bubble dessert wine I had an excellent experience with high quality foods. We had a large tasting menu. The evening started off great, the restaurant is cozy, I appreciate the excellently chosen wines for the dishes.Most of courses were excellent, the problem arose during the long wait for the main course. In a meantime, we finished drinks and waited with empty glasses for quite a long time without the waiter noticing, I then had to ask the waiter to have something to drink. The lamb was tough and not warm enough, which is really bad for this type of meat, and overall we didn't like it at all (four of us) overall it was a pleasant evening spent with the family, however we ate better and for less in gothenburg and visited better michelin restaurants in the world.

I had a wonderful time here but there are a couple of things missing for the fifth star. Great friendly service. The food was very good but some dishes not so (the cod with caramelizadle onion sauce was outstanding). The bread and butter is out of this world. It is a gourmet restaurant with really divine good food, and you can taste from the large tasting menu or from the small tasting menu with a variety of choices from the best dishes from the main menu, and you can also choose to eat from the main menu, and they have a large selection of wine in their wine list, but if you like to drink beer, you don't have many choices, you can choose the Danish beer brand like Carlsberg. Awesome food, wine and service as one would expect from a place like this. Had the large tasting menu with accompanied wines to it and must say that the food was from good to excellent and all accompanied wines were spot on. As said, service was also two thumbs up

Dissapointed. We ordered an exclusive wine paring and we didn’t get the last wine (with the desert). The staff didn’t even apologise. The food was nothing more but fair. Our visit must have been a bad day for the team at 28+… We ate the full tasting menu with wine package. Absolutely nothing special with neither the food or the wine. The dining experience was more painful then anything else; each dish was one bite, each “glas of wine”, one zip. Then wait, wait for the next serving… I was soo disappointed.. When we arrived I was not hungry, when we left I was starving… With such a price tag the first experience must be very good to come back, so we won’t give you a another chance Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
