This is the best food I have had in a long time. Better than Tokyo. My hubby is west texas blue collar and this food is so close to home for him. It’s nice to have some good food back home. Sushi was the best I have ever ate.

Hibachi Chicken
I’m not entirely sure what they’ve got going on over there but my lord is it delicious! I have never had a single complaint! We’ve ordered in 3 times and it gets better every single time! From the yum yum sauce to the sushi to the egg rolls…the tempura! The rice I could live off of! The veggies in the hibachi I live for! I’m just going to go curl up under the counter and live my best life! Also and probably the best thing…it’s affordable! We have a family of six and it never breaks the bank to eat here! If I could rate this 100, I would rate it 110! Keep doing your thang 2Go and I’ll keep giving you my money!

California Roll
Went to the gas station ended up seeing this place last minute and I don’t regret it whatsoever, they offer the same quality if not better than a traditional hibachi steakhouse. Both steak and chicken were cooked perfectly and I could not stop eating the rice! I would gladly recommend the food to anyone passing by. Expect a 15 - 20 minute wait if you order on spot, nothing wrong at all just call ahead if you’re in a hurry. Otherwise these guys deserve all the business they can handle!

It’s a food truck in the Valero parking lot, I was nervous at first. Made the drive from Denison downtown. And IT WAS SO WORTH IT!!!!! I will NEVER eat Tokyo again!!!!!! Great workers too!! Sushi was absolutely amazing. VERY GOOD PRICES AS WELL. 10x cheaper than Tokyo. Would recommend.

Rolls were too darn small and skinny. Nothing like Japanese
Rolls but more like Vietnamese rolls which are not authentic. Salmon rolls were awfully small and salmon piece was inside the rolls not outside. I didn’t like it.

The first experience wasn't terrible, and the cheaper 5 dollar rolls were really good, along with the steak and shrimp teppenyaki. However, the rainbow roll we got and the tuna nigiri, the tuna, was a little chewy. It didn't have a bad taste and was a beautiful color. However, tuna should not be chewy it should almost melt in your mouth. I do understand this is a food truck, but if you're going to serve it, the quality has to be good or be prepared to receive criticism. I am going to try this place again to give them another chance, and if it is better, I will have absolutely no problem changing this to 5 stars. The only reason I'm so critical of my review is because although it's a food truck, it's still not cheap. Well, it's worth the price if it's super fresh next time. Would love to change my review to 5 stars, but I will have to wait and see how they do the second time around. The cheaper 5 to 6 dollar rolls were really good it's just the Hawaiian roll and the tuna nigiri. The quality of the tuna could have been better.

Yellow Tail Roll
Word of mouth must be spreading fast because this place has a line. A coworker suggested I try the shrimp and steak hibachi and the California roll sushi. So that's exactly what I got. The California roll was only $5 and it tasted fresh 👍 The hibachi came with some sweet and buttery sauce and was also very delicious. I love that they include fresh zucchini in the stir-fry. The giant portion was both lunch and dinner- great bang for your buck! Will definitely go back to try more items on the menu.
