Really great, lots of interesting choices and the bingsu is heavenly. Would make a special trip here just for the desserts here Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Funky cafe with 2 levels, honeycomb booths and places for a cost nesting. 2nd floor has Mekong views although a bit messy with construction just now. Coffee was good. They have extensive dessert and snack menu it was full of young adults and teenagers so thats the vibe Worth a look at its funkiness.

Pretty chilly and nice cafe with nice coffee and nice view. Good for a nice place to rest. Such a shame the 3rd floor onwards is not accessible.

Nice food and drinks. Cheap compared to the other Café. I would recommend spicy salad and Thai milk tea. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person ฿100–200

Great comfortable and modern cafe with good frappes (my partner and I had the coffee mocha). Cosy booths which upstairs some have a view of the Mekong River. Good air conditioning and the manager spoke excellent English and was very helpful taking our order as the menu is only in Thai. Located by the river near the Buddhist shrine.

I was visiting View Wann Cafe in Mukdahan. It's was such an amazing experience. If you ever have a chance to visit Mukdahan you MUST go to View Wann. The design of this cafe is just absolutely stunning.
