Visited in November, only 1 restaurant open in the area. definitely better to go in summer for the full experience. There was only 1 waiter for the low season, so service was slow but he tried his best. I gave the lower service and atmosphere review because of the cat situation below. At least 10 stray cats begging for food at your table, they were actually jumping onto the table trying to eat from your plate. That was the absolute worst dining experience. No assistance with that.
