The front staff was amazing when we arrived and our waitress Sam was THE BEST ever. Super personality, very helpful on food and drink selections, and made for a FUN night with my kid. My mom & I went here for lunch, & enjoyed the food & atmosphere. I got the cheddar bacon burger w/fries, & really enjoyed the flavor, fresh veggies on it, & how deliciously seasoned the fries were. My mom ordered grilled shrimp w/a salad & enjoyed hers too. Food came out within 10 mins of us ordering. Will definetly be back again! The service was ok but the food was sub par for The price and the expectations of food. I will never return to this establishment my French dip was soggy. My fries were swimming in fatty juices. A baseball steak was more of a flat iron steak the host opened the patio doors an blew dirt an dust all over are table. How does a chop house run out of burgers? Unimpressed about the inability to serve food, several other burger places in town tonight were able to pull off the feat of having meat ordered and ready to serve. The others places were at a far better price as well. Used to be okay with paying for rib and chop but the last few experiences have been a downhill spiral at best. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The atmosphere is really nice, beautiful building and decor. I sat at the bar and the service was good, very friendly bartenders and staff. The food was good but not great. I had the chicken fried chicken, I rarely order that so that might have been part of the problem. Parking is easy, big parking lot. I’ve never stopped in and ate here before. But had lunch today and it was worth the stop. They have a large selection on the menu and the food is really good. I had burger and my brother had a BLT. So if you are wanting a good burger this is a good place to stop this town is not short on good burgers. But the advantage of this place it’s off the main hey pulling into town if you are coming from the south. I went with my family and they were polite but I felt like they would prefer if there was no young ones, age range was 6 to 15. They did have a kids menu of 4 or 5 items and all came in a little paper classic car. Kids menu is only up to age 10 so my small 11 year old ate from the adult menu, he wasn't able to finish half of his food. I had a 7 oz steak that was cooked to a perfect medium rare and sautéed spinach that was cold. My husband got the half rack of ribs and he said they were dry even slathered with sauce as they were. My kids all thought the food was good. On service it was fair, our drinks ran empty and sat there for several minutes before our server refilled them. It was not that busy and from my experience they had more then enough server to cover the little amount of tables. I really like the one in Billings, MT but this one was nothing compared to them. For the price you spend I expect better service and not cold food to boot. I really don't like giving anything below 4 stars but this was a 3 star. I hope it was that they were just "off" that day.
