Have been twice - first experience was EXCELLENT. Coffee was smooth and beyond stellar. In and out within 5 minutes. Gentleman that helped us was SO nice and helped us find drinks that we would enjoy since we weren’t sure what we wanted. Second experience, not so great. Took about 15 minutes to get drinks and double that to get cinnamon roll. Ended up having to leave without eating so I wasn’t late for an appt. Staff seemed like I was an imposition once I didn’t tip. Drink was really bitter and cinnamon roll tasted like metal. Will try again in the future in hopes this was just a fluke. I enjoyed my time at White Rhino. The barista was very intentional to make my latte the way I asked and he nailed it. The staff makes you feel as if they are glad to see and serve you. I’ve been going to this coffee shop for years now at least once a week and it is usually a pleasant experience but the last few times I’ve gone I’ve noticed the workers are a bit rude. The last few times they have loudly mentioned amongst themselves that they would like everyone to leave soon preferably by 8:40 even though their closing time is 9 and there is still quite a few people in the place. Went in yesterday for the fir time and I absolutely loved it at first. I just wanted to sit and read for a bit and I tried a few of the things on the menu and they were great. The customer service of the employees in the early morning was very sweet and the atmosphere was great they were super helpful and cheery, their conversation was quiet but anytime they spoke loudly it was always very positive. I asked how long I could stay and she told me I was welcomed to stay as long as I liked. I did make sure to order about $15-20 worth of items to compensate for how long I’d be taking up a table. Things changed when more of the employees showed up and a few of them started joking within earshot about customers saying some really rude things about people and their orders. I was there for about 2 1/2 hours and I was just reading and I overhead an employee ask another employee how long I’d been there and if I was going to buy anything else. At that point I felt it was time for me to leave since I no longer felt welcomed, the early morning employees were phenomenal. The employees that came in around 10:30-11 were just distasteful and made me feel very unwelcomed. They are welcomed to feel the way they feel but I felt it was very unprofessional and unwelcoming to do it in earshot of customers. I do plan to return simply based on my initial experience but it will always be in the early morning with the phenomenal employees I had prior! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I’ve frequented this location often and have tasted the vast majority of their signature lattes - with Matcha being the best option. However, nothing else really jumps out or differentiates them from other competitors. The atmosphere is good but it’s always chilly even if it’s cold outside. The staff is courteous, amicable, and polite which is a big reason for my repeat business. But the quality of their lattes tend to dip during the evening when teenagers or young college kids are on shift. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

vibes? Immaculate. coffee? delicious. Wait time... long. I almost waited 30 min for my drink. I wouldn't recommend this location if you're in a rush. Staff were super friendly though. This coffee shop may look small from the outside, but I was surprised to see how spacious it is inside. Bathrooms were clean too. The outside is also really nice. Would definitely go again! We visited White Rhino for the first time today. I ordered the signature Sebastian latte.....it was divine. My hubby ordered the Americano and he loved it! The cashier was very friendly and super helpful as we asked questions about our options. The food was really good too. We ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon on an English muffin, the avocado toast and a slice of lemon loaf( which tasted like Grandma's lemon pound cake). We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather while we sipped our coffee and ate our breakfast. It was perfection! We will definitely be returning again very soon! WOW! What a great place. Staff is super friendly and the place itself is so cute. The atmosphere was so nice and was a joy to be in. The staff was helpful when ordering as well. The food itself was absolutely delicious and came out in a timely manner. We found the coffee to also be so good. Best breakfast in Texas – you need to go!
