The dessert bar was poorly prepared. It was disappointing to see it all astray. It looked left over food trying to be sold. You were lucky to get 2 tiers of a 3 layer cake. The food bar had tongs down submerged in the food. I wouldn't eat it because of contamination from other people handling the tongs. Very Disappointed for the price we've paid. I’m not sure what happened to this place. I was here less than a year ago and it was fine. This time the staff couldn’t stop joking with each other long enough to seat people, the buffet food had hair in it, my steak looked like it came from dollar tree it was so thin and poorly cooked. Just disappointing all around to see a place I’ve been coming to since I was a kid go downhill. Maybe it was a one off, not sure. We go to this steak house quite often even tho we live down the mountain. The food is always amazing! It's a clean place with fresh food and friendly staff. The food is always great. We had a party of 11 I called late and said if you could get me a table and they said no problem and the waiter was excellent. He got us anything we needed or requested in a timely manner very friendly. I had the 8oz steak. I asked for medium well. It was over cooked and so tough. The waitress was great, the salad bar was great. Their steak is always tough. I had the best steak ever one time there. Is wonderful experience of the western sizzlin. They're definitely not a Golden Corral but their options are satisfying and their desserts taste wonderful. I had an ice cream when I left and it was perfect for my palate. the fried chicken was wonderful. I had a salad great options to choose from. Everything was there in excess nothing was Lacking.I would definitely return to this location in the future to dine. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Choices of food was plentiful, but mediocre at best. They offer a kids buffet, but there is not a lot on the buffet that kids will choose. Phenomenal!!! EVERY SINGLE THING about this place is great!! Reanna was our waitress and she was super friendly and helpful. All of the food was amazing, I being 130 lbs ate more than both of the hungry working men and my 11 year old son. We are from Harford county MD and the hospitality was genuine. A wonderful place to eat! The cooks keep fresh food out all the time & the people that work there are always watching for any little messes that someone might make & they are right there cleaning it up. There is always a huge variety of food & desserts. I absolutely love the BBQ pork ribs! They are my favorite! But there is always so much to choose from! The salad bar is huge as well! It's a great place for a couple of people or the entire family! You can't go wrong eating at the Western Sizzlin! They will definitely have something for everyone, even for the pickiest eaters of the bunch! The salad was fresh with everything that you need to put on it. My wife liked the ranch. I had French and it was wonderful. The lettuce had baby spinach mixed in it and that was really good. The hot bar had everything from large shrimp and fish to meatloaf and fried chicken and general TSO chicken. The service was on point and it was actually not that expensive.
