Went there a few days ago around 9pm, had a mobile drive thru order, when I got to the speaker they took my order and put it through and when I got to the window the worked told me that it’s going to be a 15 minutes wait (for a single burger with nobody else there?). Well I wasn’t going to wait so I said ok well go ahead and cancel it, he told me I have to cancel it through the app and he watched me do it, well apparently you can’t cancel after it was already out through the system because I still got charged and left with nothing. Stole my money and wasted my time. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to work hungry because 20 minutes was not enough time for this Wendy's to handle 3 cars in the line. Could have complained about this place at least 5 other occasions for serving burnt burgers, but I have thus far held my tongue.

Wendy's GM (or in some type of management position). Was speaking loudly on the phone in the lobby belittling one of his assistant managers. Had glasses and a man bun. Food was fine and the young person at the counter was pleasant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Just waited inline at the counter inside for about 5 minutes without service. While waiting could hear a young lady using profanity and seemingly mocking the customers that pay her wages as they came through the drive through. This location clearly lacks good leadership.
