Oh boy where do I begin... I first pulled up ready to take my kids inside only to be greeted by an employee crying their eyes out to another employee saying they were going to kill themselves if they had to work drive thru again. As I approached the door I was then told the dining room was closed. So we then proceeded to wait in line which I thought wasn't going to be so bad since there was only three cars in line. Bad assumption on my part. Sat and waited for almost 25 minutes then finally get to the window to only hear the automated recording then silence for another 5 minutes before someone actually took my order. After we got our order taken I wish I could say it was smooth sailing from there but it wasn't. Orders were wrong, no straws given for drinks. Just a real complete lack of attention to your customers needs. Oh yeah the disgruntled employee decides to go fish bowl a car with another employee after the little snowflake fit they had. So there's that as well. Maybe....just maybe if you didn't force your customers to drive thru only and paid a little more attention to detail. You wouldn't have to be outside having a mental breakdown cause people were being mean to you. Get a helmet and welcome to real life kid!!!! Avoid this location at all costs.!!! About every two weeks, I want a Wendy’s burger and think, “I’m ready to be hurt again.” Like returning to an ex-lover, this Wendy’s first shuts you out (of the lobby), then makes you wait (in the parking lot), and then plays with your emotions and keeps you coming back (by forgetting my drink so I have to pull around again). Good googly moogly, idk how any place that’s part of a fast food chain can be this bad every time. But at least they are consistent…ly bad. (Gotta imagine it starts at the top.) Update: It took a couple months this time, but I’ve returned…and they did not disappoint. My new favorite thing is hearing that the frosty machine is broken when it has been turned off for the night early. Update: Today, an hour after they opened, they couldn’t make a chicken biscuit meal because they hadn’t turned on the fryers yet. Update: today the registers were down so they couldn’t take any orders. “Why does this guy keep going back if he has such a problem with this location,” you surely ask. I am deeply fascinated and invested in this experiment at this point. It brings me joy. I should start a bingo card.
