Many guests point out that waiters serve good chicken nuggets, chicken sandwiches and spicy chicken here. Clients may eat nicely cooked biscuits at this fast food. Most people have noticed that employees are cool at this place. A number of visitors suppose that the service is nice. You may be surprised by average prices at Wendy's. When inside, the atmosphere is peaceful. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Worst experience I’ve ever received at a Wendy’s. For one I walk in and it’s dirty all over the floor. The manager don’t even have work shoes on, she has house slippers. I walked in to order me 2 Large pineapple mango’s and received the worst costumer service, as I stand there for 10 minutes nobody came to take my order, they’re all horse-playing In the back with the manger. After I waited patiently for my mango pineapple I ask when I’m going to be taken for my order and got told I have to wait because their cashier is gone…..when is the next one coming…a lady behind me had a order already took and got asked right next to me and got her food, I didn’t get a “we’ll take you in a sec and never got my order taken. This happened at 5:46 ( March 3rd , 2024)
Wait was ridiculous the lady that took my order had to keep looking at my sandwich to make sure it was right. I ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich I paid to add bacon didn’t get the chicken sandwich I got a baconator I go back to let them know they give me the chicken sandwich but no bacon I had my receipt in showed them I paid for bacon they made a big deal out of it like it was a problem with me adding bacon the food was cold for me to wait that long it’s crazy Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wanted to eat breakfast and the front door of the restaurant was closed. If I see an establishment be closed when the times on the website and Google show otherwise, then I wouldn't trust their food. Most of the time, fast food restaurants tend to be a hit or miss, and this definitely is a miss. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed in the way the manager Sam speaks to the costumers. I ordered 3 tacos salads and when I was going to pay at the slide door for the order the cashier told me they were out of taco salads so I ordered 3 different salads instead. The cashier handed me 2 salads and I told him I was missing one. The manager opened the slide door and told me I have to reorder the other salad at the back of the line again because time was up. I told her that it wasn’t my mistake why did I have to go back in line to reorder it. I told her I wanted to speak to the cashier because he heard me order 3 salads. I was trying to explain the situation and she refused to listen and with an aggressive tone she said, “I’m the manager and your time is up and if you want to order your salad you have to go to the back of the line again.” I used to order here all the time. The only real service is Drive Thru. If you want to dine in or pick up inside the restaurant, forget it. They may employ 10+ people per shift, but the only focus is on Drive Thru customers. They may not even come to the front at all for 10-30 minutes at a time. There's zero focus on in-restaurant guests. They have 1 cashier at drive thru and everyone else is scrambling to serve those guests exclusively. Even when it's just 1 or 2 cars, they'll ignore you unless you're in a vehicle. The quality is not their recipe. The fries are stale. They usually make a double batch in the morning and let it sit for hours. They will toss a single serving back into the fryer to heat it up, so you're almost never getting fresh. The ice cold tomato and lettuce make every hot sandwich room temperature or colder, which sucks. The team does their best. They take care of your issues when the manager lets them. Most of the time, the manager is only pushing for fast drive thru times and nothing more. I've seen a line of 10-20 customers enter, stand there for 20 mins and then wait another 15 mins for their food. And if you do an unusual customization, the cashier may argue with you about the strange option you're selecting, from extra toppings to no ice in your beverage. Whoever is running your team including the hiring process is doing really good job. The food was freshly made. My larges order yet, was complete. In the past, there's been trimes where I would order 2 or 3 meals and there was always something missing. Not this time, thanks to your crew.
