Staff during this visit was friendly and helpful even though they were crowded and very busy. I love their Chocolate Frosties as well as their Pecan, Chicken, Apple Salad with Pomegranite dressing. Went through the drive thru and got all the way home before I realized they had messed up my order. This has happened to me at this location before. Tried calling to see if I’d even be able to have them give me the correct order and their phone number doesn’t work. Really annoying. Probably won’t be visiting this location again. Ameena was so rude and nasty over the speaker, she was hateful immediately , started out with, what do you want? She said they were out of things they weren't out of. They messed up our order on top of that. Manager was not nice either, fixed the food, but with an attitude. The fixed food was wrong too. I can't believe how mean and nasty they all were, from start to finish. Food was old and cold. We had Wendy's breakfast first time while out of town recently and couldn't wait to have it again. Wendy's staff is often rude, but this was just shocking. Will never return to this location after this experience. Awful hateful people.
