This Wendy's gave us the best customer service. Ya pretty much know what you're gonna get as far as food so service makes all the difference. Ordered a Dave’s single meal and a spicy chicken meal with a baked potato and the food was not fresh and the potato was tasting bad. The inside of restaurant was unclean, also noticed seniors coming in ordering coffee and bring in their own food to sit down. Wow really? Won’t be eating here again! Zero stars. If I could give negative ones I would. I didn't get to order because apparently it takes this restaraunt's personnel 10 minutes to change out cash drawers. I worked fast food for several years...it does **not** take 10 minutes to do that. And even if it did? Don't do this kinda thing at 7pm on a Friday. I have had great sandwiches here during the day, but don't go at night. The gentleman that was taking my order tonight was rude sassy and then ignored me when I pulled up to the window. I never leave reviews but my God this place is a dump! The wait times for food is unbearable and the staff rarely get your order right, what in the world takes making a double cheeseburger 45 minutes!? Funny enough a review I read on here mentioned a crazed man screaming obscenities while taking the trash out. I have literally seen this first hand at this location regularly in the morning. there is a day care or pre school across the way and this man screams all kinds of obscenities regularly! How he keeps his job ill NEVER understand but that's the level of quality you will find here. I think the worst part is the extreme wait times for a simple order. It makes literally no sense! What is the point of placing a mobile order if you have to wait almost 30 mins in resturant and receive NONE of the main entrees you ask for? Then on top of it all the food you gave me is COLD. They tried to be nice and give me a bigger frosty for my 'inconvience' which I thought "hey that's nice". Not nice when I get home and you don't even give me a Daves Double or a double stack. Just two regular cheeseburgers... Tried calling the resturant back to resolve with them directly and recieve a refund or credit for the poor service. Called 5+ times NO ANSWER. Terrible location. Food was cold, fries were old, staff was miserable, menu board was on the fritz, kitchen was dirty, they charged $1.99 for cookie but it’s labeled $1.89 (not gonna argue over ten cents but it’s the principal). I’ve eaten here several times and always hoping something changes but this will be my last visit here. Just waiting for the McD’s across the street to finish their remodel. Horrible experience. Will Never go back. Went inside as drive through very very long. Freezing cold inside, took over 10 minutes for someone to take order.( no one else there). Then waited another 8 or so min to get order. Sausage was dried out and burnt horrible had to throw out, biscuits undercooked and fell apart, garbage, the egg was warm and could be eaten but all the rest thrown into garbage. WASTE of money, and time. Staff unfriendly and not accountable or accommodating. Don't waste your time at this location.
