Slowly this location seems to be trying to bring up its standards. Our order was taken by Alex. We let him know what we were wanting to eat and he made amazing suggestions. Thank you Alex for making our dinner delicious. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Preface: I've been coming to this location for at least 6 months and have not had any issue. IN FACT, even the recovery for a missed item previously handled was admirable! However, today I ordered, and the order was repeated back correctly, but the food(for my son) was wrong: I ordered a Jr. cheeseburger PLAIN and received a fully loaded double cheeseburger. I also ordered one ranch, and didn't receive it. I've never had major problems at this location, so I didn't realize there were issues until I got home. I went to this store to pick up a order! I waited about 5 mins cause the door was locked, A man pulls up and tells me that the lobby is closed because they had a couple of workers do not show up. When I got back in my car to let DoorDash know what was going on. I watched three other people trying to get in, and even walking around to the other door. I understand issues, but at least they could put a note on the door so people would stop trying to get in, walking around, pulling on doors and looking stupid. So as I was getting the order from the drive-through, I told the attendant they should put a sign on the door, letting people know the lobby was closed, and his attitude. was very bad and he really did not even give me a response back. I just didn’t think it was cool to let people get out of their car walking all over trying to get inside the restaurant when all the manager would have to do is simply put a note on the door with a little scotch tape, it’s not that hard. OK today I had to pick up another order at the same Wendy’s restaurant, again, the doors locked. There’s no note on the door and I didn’t see any employees inside. I even knocked on the door, I contacted DoorDash and they informed me they called and I was supposed to go to the drive-through, there I seen three employees… The guy who handed me the order did not say one word to me. He literally opened the window, handed me the sack and then shut the window. Also, I noticed a lady and man had gotten out of their truck and they got two small children out and was about to get the third, and I told her the door was locked. They really really should put a note on the door or put it on their website or something that. Their lobby is closed Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The burger was great but the fries were over salted and not edible. They had to be thrown away as I was getting a salt burn on my tongue. Entirely too much salt!!! It sucks to pay for the meal and have to throw half of it in the trash. No, we didn't dine inside, we took it home so we couldn't return them. Do not recommend the salty AF fries!! Disgusting. I love wendys but I got the Asiago chicken meal and good lord. That damn sandwich sat at all day since morning. Everything about was drier that the Sahara desert. So disappointing. Ordered two singles and one big bacon classic. Got three singles, the mayo on one of them was nearly nonexistent, the other single was missing the tomato and the third burger was just a single with no bacon but was supposed to be a big bacon classic. When I went back in to get it corrected, the girl at the front counter didn't greet me even after we were face to face. I asked her if she was ready and she moved her lips, but I heard nothing. I asked her if she was ready and same thing. She asked if I wanted a refund or the burger. They did replace the burger for me. And the burgers tasted good. This location is the worst... The staff including managers don't care about food quality or presentation. Not to mention their food is way overpriced for such low quality they serve. I was ordering #7... the picture shows between the buns, two patties, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion... around $11. Then girl asks me do I want it single, double or triple? I said the picture shows the meal as a double so... Suddenly the manager pops on and said it's a single. I said, well based on the picture on your menu, it's misleading as it should list as the Dave's burger does, that it comes in different congratulations with the prices listed. So I guess I won't be getting anything. The manager said to me, okay goodbye! The manager made NO attempt to apologize for the signage error or anything! This tells me that they have had this problem with customers before. So I left and won't be back! My remedy... I went to MacDonald and got a Double Quarter Pounder meal with a large drink and an apple pie for less than what Wendys #7 cost. I wish I could give no star as that's what they deserve! I ordered a baconater and the gave me a double cheese and no receipt. My whole order was a baconater meal no ice in the coke and chicken sandwich for 22 sometimes dollars what in the heck.
