Got breakfast here twice, always cold. Last time. Come in around 9:15am. Got the 2 for $3 egg and cheese biscuits. They where cold, egg was cold,cheese was not melted it was also cold. Food was undercooked and the professionalism in this location left much to be desired. There was a lady by the name of Tay who used whatever language she pleased knowing that we were inside the lobby and when told she was being inappropriate she said she didn't care wasn't the first or last time she'd be told that. The late shift lady is so rude unprofessional would not make my order would not give my money back I had only order she said wasn't in her scene and so I was out of luck and to leave I was holding up the line so they. I hadn't eaten all day so at 7:30 I decided to go to Wendy's because it's fairly close. It wasn't really what I wanted but I got a Dave's double combo with a frosty instead of the Coke. That was one of the best burgers I've ever had from a fast food joint! I've had issues with this place in the past like getting a bowl of warm spicy water with a couple beans in it and they called it chili. Overall it's usually not too bad here but I don't eat fast food that much. I did enjoy it tonight so there it is. Okay so I went back there last night because I simply was just too tired to worry about cooking dinner and even though I was only the third car in line and the first one was already at the window It took well over 20 minutes before I got my very simple order of a Dave's single and fries. I mean I don't mind waiting a little bit but hell I could have butchered my own cap and cook the damn thing and that amount of time I'm getting of course but that's ridiculous to wait that long for a freaking fast food burger. Neither car ahead of me had very much in their order as was obvious when they each got one small bag and a soda. It still tasted good but honestly sitting there idling my Hemi for 20 minutes left a bad taste in my mouth when there's nobody inside that can be seen except the people working there and only three cars in the line with me being the third. Stopped in after getting off work with my husband and my oldest daughter. We got 3 of the 6 dollar bags with all 3 the bacon double stacks. 2 of them were suppose to be plain and they only gave us 2 of the sandwiches. The cashier didn’t even give us our sauce. We started eating and the fries wasn’t crispy or fresh, the burgers were cold. We’ll never go back to this location. I should have complained then but the actual store manager was there, shouldn’t even be running the place. The other mangers seems rude and just all around not a good experience. It's Wendy's. I get the Dave's single with a small fry and a small chocolate frosting pretty much every time. Sometimes I'll just get a cup of chili and some ice water. The food's usually pretty good but one time I went the chili was like spicy water with a few beans thrown in. Only happened once though that's why they only get four stars. The Wendy's in Fort Oglethorpe on Battlefield Pkwy is horrible!!!! The workers are rude hateful and the food was cold and they wasn't even busy so NO EXCUSE FOR COLD FOOD!! The grilled chicken sandwich is great! I was so excited when they reopened. Tonight, I think they must have been short staffed as it took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru, plus the woman was rude when I asked for a drink carrier. She picked up a stack of drink carriers, slammed them down, then picked one off the top and shoved it at me. I understand they had more in line, and they were trying to hurry me along, but after waiting 30 minutes in line, not even getting my first choice in food choice, it just wasn't appropriate. I would have given 3 stars, however, the girl in the first window told me they were out of salads and asked if I'd like anything else. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and then she took my payment and apologized for any inconvenience, and even said it with a nice smile. Therefore, because at least someone showed good people skills, I gave back a star.
