On Thursday (jan 11th) evening (approx 17:30) i ordered a tuna shorti; unfortunately it had a finger nail in it. Called the store, spoke with manager and the response was he doubts its a finger nail. I tried to recommend he reinforce they wear gloves but he was defensive that they were. I insisted someone obviously was not because their fingernail was in the sandwich.
