Loved this new restaurant in Bethel! Food was delicious and service was fast and friendly. We had the nightly specials which were so tasty and then the house made desserts. Special dinner. Highly recommend!! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Family run & really nice staff - A bit discombobulated due to staffing issues. We came early (party of 5) as we heard it fills up quickly - but were still unable to sit together (not recommended for larger parties). A few of our orders were wrong but the staff was great about fixing it. Great food. Cool open kitchen / bar setup. I would recommend it for sure. The small team did struggle a little with the dinner rush, but they handled it eventually. The lack of a single member of the team handling seating/wait order left some patrons visibly frustrated. If there's a wait I would recommend looking elsewhere. The owner Tom and his wife and staff are amazing. We went after skiing and the food was amazing. The meatballs and raclette disappeared quickly / the kids tucked away the pizza slices and the kebab was the highlight along with the risotto. Service was super quick - we felt very welcomed. This is a new place (since sept 2023) - make the trip into town out of the hotel and it will be worth it. For desert, don’t miss the pot de creme. We had dinner last night at Watershed. It was delicious!! We started with the focaccia and marinara which is a great starter for 2 people. Then we had the prosciutto and arugula pizza and the cream based pasta - they were SOOO GOOD. It's a smaller establishment so you won't find a super crowded space here. Plenty of room at the bar and then smaller tables. Super friendly wait staff and very clean! Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
