I've never had an issue here before. Went in tonight and ordered, scrambled eggs and Texas cheese steak melt, with 4 tables of people the cook was cooking everyone's order at once. My issue is mine was all fully cooked just sitting there for 5 minutes then I told my waitress that I didn't want the food, i paid for my sweet tea and tipped her and went somewhere else to have dinner. Watching my food get cold just got to me. Nobody got rude as soon as I said something the cook released it and started to plate it.. too late Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

2020: Middle of winter and their heat was broken, and blowing freezing cold air. It was colder inside than outside. We didn't even finish our food so we could get back into a warm car. 2021 UPDATE: DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER SHOT... TODAY, WE GET SEATED, AND SERVER TELLS US THEY'RE OUT OF HASH BROWNS!! THEN WE'RE SITTING THERE WAITING FOR 20 MINUTES, SERVER COMES AND TELLS US, THE MANAGER HAS NOW MADE THE COOK "BREAK DOWN THE GRILL FOR SHIFT CHANGE” AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED COOKING OUR FOOD BUT HE WILL START AFTER THE GRILL IS DONE... THIS IS AT 830PM... THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! WILL NOT RETURN.

This is a great place to get breakfast. When I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by welcoming interaction. This is the best Waffle House staff of any WF I have visited. The sausage hashbrown bowl is my go to and never disappointed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It a Waffle House lol. It's everything you would expect from a greasy diner. Food is still good and delicious just like it was 20 years ago and there is always nice older ladies to talk to and laugh with.
