I like my hash browns crisp. When they brought them to me they were crisp on one side and cold and raw on the other side. I sent them back. When we paid and were leaving they wanted to school us how to tell them how I wanted them. I am sure they never had anyone say they wanted their hash browns cold and raw on either side.
