We visited Vybe restaurant last Saturday for dinner but opted for the brunch menu, as suggested by our daughter. The fried deviled eggs were a standout, truly delicious. The fish and grits were also delightful, with generous portions. My brother tried the salmon croquettes and said, "While tasty, it lacked a side dish." The lobster, shrimp, and grits dish was the only letdown; the shrimp were overcooked and had a rubbery texture, likely due to being scorched on the bottom.
Unfortunately, the service was subpar at the time we arrived. With only two waitstaff for around 30-40 customers, it was evident they were stretched thin, having to handle tables and dishwashing duties. It took nearly an hour to receive our entrées. However, the waitress was apologetic and pleasant despite the challenges.
Overall, Vybe offers delicious food, but improvements are needed in staffing and consistency to ensure a smoother dining experience.

EXCELLENT FOOD! Everything is from scratch. The sauces, the waffles, the hand breaded chicken...everything. The fried deviled eggs are amazing! Server was very nice and accommodating. Decor is meh...but I would imagine it's more lively at night. They have a DJ booth and lights so it probably takes on a restaurant/club vibe. DEFINITELY check this place out!

I would probably try to come back for a date night with my husband. We were looking for a new family brunch place. This is definitely a brunch spot, not for families though.
The food was good, the drinks could have been better and our server seemed. . .bored maybe? She got us drinks then was gone for a good while after we got our appetizers. They also were very skimpy on the ice. From everyone I’ve talked to this is more of a night time place. They have a club vibe, they play the explicit versions of songs. It was funny, to us because we knew we couldn’t bring our mom or dad here.
If it’s not your vibe just order out, because the food is great. Really loved the fried green tomatoes and fried chicken wings.

Our waitress, Brook was amazing. She was sweet and attentive. We had poppers, fried deviled eggs, waffles, French toast, fried green tomatoes, grits, and hash browns and every bit of it was AMAZING. It’s a little loud sometimes, but it’s still a nice vibe.

My husband and I were in town visiting family, and it was recommended that we go here for brunch! We went when they just opened the doors, and it did not disappoint. It was a fun atmosphere (almost club vibes), very clean, and our waitress was really helpful with suggestions. We both had the chicken and waffles, which were really good and grits! Make sure you ask for the hot honey sauce and hot sauce as it set up up higher a notch. All in all, a great brunch. Sidenote... my husband really enjoyed the ladies outfits 🙄 lol.
I still give 5 stars because this place was very good and the people there were very nice. The food was amazing too. My only complaint is that the music was a bit to loud and our food came out all at different times so we didn't eat together. Other than that I loved this place and will definitely be back several times.
